2. Description of Service
NotaryScout is an online directory that helps users find and connect with notary publics in their area. We provide search, filtering, and contact tools to make it easy to locate a notary for your needs.
Notaries listed on NotaryScout may claim and manage their profiles, respond to inquiries, and upgrade to Premium or Featured listings for enhanced visibility.
3. Notary Disclaimer
NotaryScout is a directory service. We do not provide notarial services, legal advice, or notarize documents. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any notary listed on our platform.
The relationship between users and notaries is solely between those parties. NotaryScout is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, or outcome of any notarial services obtained through our platform.
Users are responsible for verifying a notary's credentials, commission status, and suitability for their specific needs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use NotaryScout ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including liability limitations and intellectual property rights.
